Explore how Yoga Nidra or Non-Sleep Deep Rest can change and reduce the feelings associated with stress and anxiety in Dissolve Burnout, a workshop with Tash Pinter.

Tash will draw from current, science-based research, and the ancient approach of yoga nidra from the tradition of Sri Vidya, to demonstrate how this vital practice can support your life.

Class will begin with a simple hatha yoga flow to free residual tension from the mind and body, before moving into pranayama and deep rest.
