Join Tash for a special 1 hour yin & Yoga Nidra class joined by special guest Mathew Barber playing the Rav & other instruments. Tash is a devotee to the practices that lead to the subtle and mystical realms, in which, yin restores & heals the systems of the body & prepares it beautifully to awaken to spacious awareness for Yoga Nidra (non sleep deep rest). Please be advised there are no props onsite. To make yourself comfortable through the journey, bring a bolster or 2 bed pillows that can be stacked. 1 or 2 blocks & a blanket or a towel and something warm to throw over you for Yoga Nidra
