Over 90 minutes we will explore pranayama woven through asana & the vital role of 1:1 & 1:2 breath with retention to release stored hypertension & unprocessed emotions. Tash is schooled in the Sri Vidya lineage of India & will take you on a 30 minute sublime journey into becoming completely empty with a Yoga Nidra to enhance healing & deep renewal. We will be accompanied by Jarrah playing the heart touching acoustic guitar & piano.
